For those unfamiliar with the term, I have good news; lucid dreaming is actually a pretty simple concept. A Lucid Dream is a dram in which you are aware that you are dreaming. The degree to which your Lucid Dream is lucid is dependent on how much of the dream you can remember once you awaken, how stable the dream experience is and how much control you have over the dream.

Lucid dreaming is an incredible skill that more and more people are mastering. Having a Lucid Dream is something almost everyone experiences very occasionally, but just imagine how exhilarating it would be if you could Lucid Dream whenever you want to!
A Lucid Dream can be a doorway to some amazing experiences! Meeting and interacting with your favorite celebrity, having untamed erotic fantasies, taking a trip to distant planets, visiting fantasy worlds and touring them, conversing with a lost loved one, in fact anything at all; there are no limits to your imagination!
Being able to experience Lucid Dreaming on a regular basis is something which it used to take a long time to be able to do. Some spent months before they could have a Lucid Dream – and some were never able to master the technique.

There are those who maintain that certain foods can foster Lucid Dreaming if eaten before bed; among these are mustard, dairy products and orange juice.
Others recommend popcorn, pickles, fish and ice cream. While these people say that these foods prepare your mind for Lucid Dreaming, it should be noted that many of them are also high in salt and fat, which won’t necessarily help you to get a good night’s rest.

There are new technologies which can assist you in having Lucid Dreams. There are sleep masks and eyeshades which turn on LEDs when REM sleep is detected; the idea is that the red light of the LED will let dreamers know that they are dreaming; this is the first step to taking control of the dream.
But exciting new developments in sound technology have opened up the world of Lucid Dreams to anybody! A process has been developed by scientists where different sound frequency waves are played in each ear. This is known as binaural beats.
Binaural frequencies help to synchronize the hemispheres of the brain and make your brain more likely to reach REM sleep, which is needed in order for Lucid Dreaming to happen.
