Can Cleansing Eliminate Body Odor?
Let’s talk about b.o. Let’s not talk about it because it’s fascinating conversation; only because we’re not really supposed to have it. Body odor is a sign of toxicity in the body its odor leaking through our skin.
How do I know? Well, I’ve done deep and thorough cleansing and except for the rare occasion, I haven’t had body odor in several years - which wasn’t the case before I began cleansing deeply. And the rare occasion when it appears is generally when I’m detoxifying, in which case I can smell that toxic mess as it’s making its way out of my body.
Maybe you’ve seen pictures on the Internet of huge amounts of filth being removed from the body through bowel cleansing? You may have also heard that most people have ten plus pounds of old fecal matter stuck in their guts at any given time. And at some point, it’s going to start to smell.
Have you ever wondered why the average person starts smelling somewhere between 13 and 16 years old? And why don’t they smell before then?
The answer: that’s right about the number of years it takes to clog up our insides enough to produce a daily odor. For most, 13 to 16 years of generally unnatural eating habits does the trick just fine. And for most it’ll then take another 15 or 20 years to take it to the next level and produce what we call health problems from all of that accumulated waste in the body. But the point is, we’re not really supposed to smell from the inside out.
Bad breath is another sign of internal toxicity. To understand, you’ll need to know that it’s a straight path from your mouth to your colon, and the reverse path is also true. So, generally, bad breath is a sign of a toxic colon, and I’ll let you figure out what exactly you’re really smelling.
Morning breath is common, and since I’ve cleansed deeply, it also hasn’t appeared in years. Why is morning breath so common and why does it occur? I’ll explain…
Our bodies detoxify themselves as we sleep. They take this time to detoxify us because we’re not digesting food and therefore we have extra energy to direct to detoxification.
So, each night, our bodies detoxify us from the daily load of incoming chemicals and previously eliminated toxins. And each morning, we can smell the toxins on our breath that have been loosened for removal. The white coating that is common on tongues in the morning - those are toxins your body is releasing.
Morning breath is a mild detoxification symptom - or a symptom people experience when their bodies are detoxifying. And the heavier your toxic load, the greater your symptoms. So, the more toxic your body is, the more pungent your breath in the morning will be.
The good news is that you can cleanse your body internally to remove much of that toxicity, and along with it - you’ll remove your body odor.
One nice thing about cleansing your body deeply so that you no longer produce a daily odor is that deodorant becomes unnecessary.
Eliminating deodorant is important because most deodorants have aluminum as an ingredient. That may not seem very important until you understand that aluminum is associated with brain atrophying diseases - including dementia and Alzheimer’s - and that 90 percent of what you put on your skin makes it right into your blood. This makes doing away with deodorant an important step - if you want to remember the people in your life on your seventy-fifth birthday.
