Body odor becomes an interesting subject when you understand that we’re really not meant to have it. Body odor is actually a sign of toxicity in the body - its odor leaking through our skin.

How do I know? Well, I’ve done deep body cleansing and except for rare occasions, I haven’t had regular body odor for many years - which wasn’t the case before I began cleansing my body deeply. The occasion when it appears is when I’m detoxifying, in which case I can smell that mess as it’s leaving my body.

Perhaps you’ve seen images on the Internet of huge amounts of filth being removed from the body through bowel cleansing? You may have also heard that most people have 10 or more pounds of old decaying fecal matter trapped in their colons at any given time. And at some point, you have to understand that it’s going to start to smell.

Have you ever wondered why most people start smelling somewhere between 13 and 16 years old? And why don’t they smell before then?

The answer: that’s about the number of years it takes to clog up our insides enough to produce a daily odor. For most, 13 to 16 years of generally unnatural eating habits does the trick just fine. And for most it’ll then take another 15 or 20 years to take it to the next level and produce what we call health problems from all of that accumulated waste in the body. But the point is, we’re not really supposed to smell from the inside out.

Bad breath is just another sign of toxicity in the body. To understand, you’ll need to know that it’s a straight path from your mouth to your colon, and the reverse path is also true. So, bad breath (unless, of course, it’s garlic produced) is a sign of a toxic colon, and I’ll let you figure out the implications of what you’re really smelling.

Morning breath is common, and since I’ve cleansed deeply, it also hasn’t appeared in years. Why is morning breath so common and why does it occur? Let me explain…

Our bodies detoxify themselves as we are sleeping. They take this time to detoxify us because we’re not digesting food and therefore we have extra energy to direct to detoxification.

So, each night, our bodies detoxify us from the daily load of incoming chemicals and previously eliminated toxins. And each morning, we can smell the toxins on our breath that have been loosened for removal. The white coating that is common on tongues in the morning - those are toxins your body is releasing.

Morning breath is actually a mild detoxification symptom - or a symptom people experience when they are detoxifying. And the heavier your toxic load, the greater your symptoms. So, the more toxicity you have in your body, the more pungent your morning breath will be.

The good news is that you can cleanse your body deeply with colon and liver cleansing to remove enormous stores of toxicity, and along with it - you can remove your body odor. And of course, you’ll also remove other problems of the body that are associated with the body having so much waste trapped inside of it…
